Go Image EOOD does not warrant that the food photography services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any errors in the food photography services will be corrected.
You understand and agree that any use of our services is at your own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Varna, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. The courts located within Varna shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Go Image EOOD regarding the use of our food photography services.
